We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Architectural Planner to lead the planning and conceptual development of complex architectural projects. This role blends strategic planning, advanced design thinking, and technical execution, requiring a professional who can challenge conventional approaches and deliver innovative, context-driven solutions.
Architectural planners are responsible for coordinating design, planning, and regulatory integration across projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery from concept through execution.
- Lead the planning and conceptual design for a diverse portfolio of projects (mixed-use, infrastructure, or large-scale developments).
- Develop innovative and unconventional planning strategies that respond to environmental, cultural, and economic contexts.
- Oversee project planning from inception to completion, including feasibility studies, zoning analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Integrate sustainability, resilience, and smart-city principles into planning strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects and architectural planning.
- Strong understanding of planning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM workflows).
- Additional tools (advantageous): GIS, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, V-Ray.
Modern architectural roles increasingly require expertise in BIM and digital design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
