About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and forward-thinking Architectural Planner to lead the planning and conceptual development of complex architectural projects. This role blends strategic planning, advanced design thinking, and technical execution, requiring a professional who can challenge conventional approaches and deliver innovative, context-driven solutions.
Architectural planners are responsible for coordinating design, planning, and regulatory integration across projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and conceptual design for a diverse portfolio of projects (mixed-use, infrastructure, or large-scale developments).
- Develop innovative and unconventional planning strategies that respond to environmental, cultural, and economic contexts.
- Translate client briefs into visionary spatial concepts, diagrams, and development frameworks.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to align design intent with technical feasibility.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience working in international or multidisciplinary environments is highly desirable.
