DHL Supply Chain in Solihull is seeking an OMS and Performance Trainer to drive training standards, coordinate resource planning and Control Room operations. You will ensure colleagues are trained, resourced, and deployed to meet throughput, productivity and budget targets.
A typical day includes managing OMS training schedules, updating the training matrix, planning labour resources, and producing WIs and SPLs while supporting CI and Gemba activities. Shift: 14:00–22:00, Mon–Fri.
