About the role
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Food and Beverage waiting staff to join our team. You will take customer orders and serve food and beverages to guests in our outlets. Always aware of guest satisfaction to deliver the perfect service experience. Ensure high quality of food and beverages to guests.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food & beverages in the Bar and Restaurant.
- Caring about customer satisfaction and delivering the optimal guest service experience.
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming, and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Answering questions and making suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items.
- Setting up meeting and conference rooms.
- Being a team player with high energy and stamina.
- Good attention to detail and punctuality are key.
Temp to perm opportunities - Shifts are based on a rota basis on a shift pattern including earlies, lates and weekends.

Candidate requirements
Essential:
- Previous customer facing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good level of spoken and written English
Desirable:
- Experience working in a 4 Star hotel
