We are looking to hire an experienced Property Consultant to assist clients in making sound property investment decisions in the real estate market.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish relationship with premium network of channel sales / real estate brokers
- Focus on quality lead generation
- Supervise and ensure the registration of each enquiry efficiently
- Achieve and maintain high conversion rate of sales
- Assess and review business approach, devise and implement target‑based sales strategy and monitor sales performance
- Accountable for the delivery of the sales objectives for the group
- Complete all sale transactions as per company policy
- Adhere to all governing laws and regulations while performing the sale transaction
- Establish & maintain relationships with new clients & retain old ones
- Create a pool of committed, profitable customers for long‑term scale and build sound relationships
- Resolve customer complaints; determine cause, select and explain the best solution, ensure resolution
- Assist in sale contract registration/termination, timely invoicing, and payment collections
- Analyze & research latest products and regulations to provide accurate information about upcoming marketing trends
- Perform any other assignments in line with your portfolio
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent with top developer
- Proven track record of successful sales among clients
- Network of brokers in the market
- Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skill
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to communicate in other languages is a bonus
