Dante provides training software to commercial training providers across the UK. We have grown our customer base from 25 to 120+ clients in four years and are expanding our sales team to support continued growth and international expansion planned for 2026. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our small team, reporting to our Business Development Manager and focusing on UK SME training providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect SME commercial training providers across the UK market
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Conduct product demonstrations of our training software platform
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline to support business growth
- Prepare proposals and contracts
- Assist with customer onboarding working closely with our support team
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts during onboarding
Essential Requirements
- Proven B2B sales track record with demonstrable results
- Experience selling IT solutions, ideally software/SaaS platforms
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities
- Comfortable with remote working
Desirable Experience
- Education Technology or Training Software sector knowledge
- Understanding of the UK commercial training market
- SME-focused B2B sales experience
- CRM systems experience
