Dante provides training software to commercial training providers across the UK. We have grown our customer base from 25 to 120+ clients in four years and are expanding our sales team to support continued growth and international expansion planned for 2026. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our small team, reporting to our Business Development Manager and focusing on UK SME training providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect SME commercial training providers across the UK market
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Conduct product demonstrations of our training software platform
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline to support business growth
  • Prepare proposals and contracts
  • Assist with customer onboarding working closely with our support team
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts during onboarding

Essential Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales track record with demonstrable results
  • Experience selling IT solutions, ideally software/SaaS platforms
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational abilities
  • Comfortable with remote working

Desirable Experience

  • Education Technology or Training Software sector knowledge
  • Understanding of the UK commercial training market
  • SME-focused B2B sales experience
  • CRM systems experience
