Job Description:

Our client, a leading company in the Building & Construction industry, is seeking a Site Agent for a contract position in East London, Eastern Cape. The role involves supporting the delivery of a large-scale building project. The salary range is R25,000 – 40,000 CTC (D.O.E).

**Minimum requirements:**
– Degree or Diploma in Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar
– 4–5 years of experience as a Site Agent or Site Supervisor in building projects
– Solid understanding of site operations, health and safety regulations, and construction drawings
– Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
– Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Projects)
– Valid Driver’s License and own reliable vehicle

Position based in East London, Eastern Cape. EU work permit required.
