Our client, a well-established law firm in Johannesburg North, is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team on an immediate basis.
Salary: R18 000 CTC per month
Minimum requirements:
- 2–3 years’ proven experience in Conveyancing, with a strong focus on Transfers
- Solid knowledge of the full conveyancing process, from inception to final account
- Prepare and attend to conveyancing and transfer documentation
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, Deeds Office, and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with conveyancing procedures and timelines
