A well-known Law Firm in Bryanston is looking for a Compliance and Risk Officer for the team.

Salary: R 40,000 - R 45,000 ctc

Minimum requirements:

  • Qualifications: LLB, Admitted Attorney, Admitted Conveyancer
  • Experience: 1-3 years post Conveyancing admission experience would be ideal, Deceased estate conveyancing experience would be preferred, Deceased estate administration experience would be a benefit, Property contracts drafting experience would be an advantage

Duties:

  • Review of new instructions, including necessary due diligence and identifying possible risks
  • Review of new sales, including reviewing the deed of sale, drafting additional documents, and conducting due diligence
  • Reviewing FICA of all parties involved in the transactions
  • Communicating with various stakeholders/clients
  • Review of Finances on a matter
  • Various other Compliance duties
