- Qualifications: LLB, Admitted Attorney, Admitted Conveyancer
- Experience: 1-3 years post Conveyancing admission experience would be ideal, Deceased estate conveyancing experience would be preferred, Deceased estate administration experience would be a benefit, Property contracts drafting experience would be an advantage
Duties:
- Review of new instructions, including necessary due diligence and identifying possible risks
- Review of new sales, including reviewing the deed of sale, drafting additional documents, and conducting due diligence
- Reviewing FICA of all parties involved in the transactions
- Communicating with various stakeholders/clients
