A leading international law firm is seeking a Construction Projects Lawyer (2–4 years PQE) to join its highly regarded Projects & Construction team based in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value infrastructure and development projects alongside industry-leading professionals, advising a diverse portfolio of public and private sector clients.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–4 years' Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Strong experience in Transactional Construction Law
- Experience advising on infrastructure, commercial development, energy, utilities, or real estate projects
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Commercially minded with strong client relationship abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on transactional construction matters relating to major infrastructure and development projects
- Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts and project documentation
