Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle customers’ day‑to‑day banking queries, assist with digital questions, open new accounts, provide information on new products, manage customer meetings, make outreach calls and respond to secure mail – essentially delivering the outstanding customer service we are famous for.
