We are looking for Customer Advisers for a number of our branches across Northern Ireland. Our branch working hours are 9-5pm Mon-Fri and Saturday 9.15-12.45 (requirement to work only one in seven but when you do, you’ll get a half day off during the week!)
As a Customer Service Adviser, irrespective of where you work, you will handle customers' day to day banking queries, assist with their digital questions, open new accounts, provide information on new products, manage customer meetings, basically delivering that outstanding customer service we are famous for!

You’ve probably guessed we are looking for individuals with customer service experience, preferably from a retail, hospitality or customer facing background. You’ll also need to have experience of working within a team and have great communication skills. Salary & Benefits:
There’s much more to working at Danske Bank than just a salary, but for this role we are offering an entry salary of £22,000. As a Customer Service Adviser, you will receive 32 days’ leave per year which includes 22 days’ annual leave plus 10 paid bank holidays (Bank holiday working is not compulsory).
