What does the role look like? We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Invoice Finance Audit Manager to lead and develop a team of skilled professionals, including Invoice Finance Managers and Auditors. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of tailored financial solutions to clients, ensuring audits, asset validations, and onboarding processes are conducted with precision and care. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, driving operational excellence, and fostering lasting client relationships. As a key part of our team, you will utilise your leadership abilities to coach and inspire colleagues, ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional service. You will also contribute to shaping the strategic direction of our invoice finance offering, ensuring it aligns with client needs and industry best practices.

Your skills: Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

• Proven experience in leading and developing teams, with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of invoice finance operations, including audits, asset validations, and onboarding processes.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service and advice to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding of systems and responsibilities.
• Strong technical expertise in invoice finance auditing standards, asset finance guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and colleagues alike.
• A commitment to operational excellence, risk management, and good customer outcomes.
• Experience in contributing to the development of strategies and plans within a financial services environment.
