Everyone's circumstances are different, and our benefits can be tailored to your needs.

The role: We're delighted to be currently recruiting for a Project Manager to take leadership of projects, tasks and support activities within the Projects and Consultancy Services (PACS) team. Your skills: Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Essential: Significant Project Manager experience demonstrating successful delivery of material changes across an organisation.
  • Experience of methodologies and tools which support project delivery e.g. Waterfall/Agile, Confluence/JIRA.
  • Working across a diverse range of business units and stakeholders (including geographically dispersed teams) to positively influence outcomes.
  • Evidence of shaping and implementing innovative solutions which challenge the status quo and prioritise customer experience.
  • Evidence of initiative-taking to bring out the best in others and solve business problems without compromising standards, integrity or culture.
  • Preferred: Experience of managing a project portfolio.

  • Knowledge of compliance and experience working in a regulated sector.

How we work: Our belief is that we are "Better when Together" and want to balance the benefits of teaming up in person with flexible working where possible. We will be supportive and flexible to your circumstances, so for roles that offer a hybrid option we ask colleagues to attend their base location a minimum of 3 days a week so they can connect, collaborate and learn together. Some of our roles are customer facing which means that it's really important to be able to work with customers face to face and hybrid working isn't appropriate.
