Responsibilities
- Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and, where required, enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews
- Review customer profiles and account activity to assess financial crime risk
- Assess low-, medium-, and high-risk cases, including event-driven and periodic reviews
- Contact customers and coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information
- Apply policies and procedures, document risk-based decisions, and escalate concerns
- Identify and report unusual or suspicious activity per internal processes
- Manage workload to meet quality and service standards
