Responsibilities

How we work
We support flexible working where possible. For roles with a hybrid option, attend the base location at least 3 days a week to connect, collaborate and learn together; the remaining 2 days may be worked from home or another bank location. Some roles are customer-facing, where face-to-face interaction is essential.
