We are seeking a skilled professional to design, develop and maintain a suite of HR reports that extract and consolidate data from internal systems. The role involves analysing and presenting information in various formats to deliver insights that support internal and external HR reporting requirements, ongoing business activities, change initiatives, and strategic decision‑making. This position plays a key role in driving the development and execution of the HR People Plan.
The role involves delivering accurate and timely reports, visualising data to support decision‑making, and providing technical guidance for HR projects and initiatives. You will identify opportunities for improvement, share best practices, and help up‑skill the HR team in data extraction and reporting. With a strong focus on customer and business needs, you will proactively develop your expertise and engage effectively with management and colleagues across the organisation.
Experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing HR MI and reporting capabilities to meet evolving business needs. Ability to design and deliver scheduled and ad‑hoc reports, conduct in‑depth data analysis, and present insights using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Qlik. Strong analytical skills to identify trends, recommend actions, and support decision‑making across HR and the wider business. Proven track record in statutory reporting (e.g., Gender Pay Gap, Article 55 FE Returns) with expertise in data extraction and stakeholder engagement. Ability to identify and resolve data gaps while driving process simplification and operational improvements. Effective collaboration with stakeholders and commitment to up‑skilling the HR team by sharing best practices and technical guidance. Comprehensive knowledge of legal and regulatory obligations to ensure compliance in reporting and advisory services.
We want to be a workplace in which our colleagues can succeed and feel empowered through all stages of their career and life. We also offer an attractive range of flexible benefits centred on wellness, financial, psychological, physical and social. For example, you can buy extra holidays or access medical treatment through our benefits programme. If you want to make your money go further, Danske Discounts offers non‑stop discounts for all colleagues. We also offer a salary‑sacrifice car benefit where eligible. Our belief is that we are "Better when Together" and want to balance the benefits of teaming up in person with flexible working where possible. For roles that offer a hybrid option, we ask colleagues to attend their base location a minimum of 3 days a week so they can connect, collaborate and learn together. The other 2 days can be worked either from home or another banking location. Some of our roles are customer‑facing, which means that it’s really important to be able to work with customers face to face and hybrid working isn’t appropriate.
Equal Opportunity Danske Bank is a proud equal opportunity workplace. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates regardless of gender, ethnicity, background, nationality, generation, age, working style, religious background, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression and cognitive diversity, including neurodiversity. If you have a disability, long‑term health condition or additional need that requires accommodation or adjustments during any stage of the recruitment process, please advise us on your CV and a member of the team will be in touch to discuss.
