Løn efter anciennitet og kvalifikationer ud fra Red Barnet Ungdoms ansættelsespolitik. Ansættelsesvilkår er sammenlignelige med sektoren og vi vægter work‑life balance, hvorfor overarbejde afspadseres og der gives 9 feriefridage udover 5 ugers ferie.
Som udviklingschef har du to ansvarsområder:
- Programleder for Barnets Ven
- Understøtte projektet i at styrke positionen som en forebyggende indsats
- Udvikle og styrke det kommunale samarbejde
- Bidrage til at sikre dokumentation for de virksomme mekanismer i projektet
- Lede og udvikle medarbejderne tilknyttet projektet
- Udviklingschef
- Bidrage til at Red Barnet Ungdom forbliver en attraktiv og relevant samarbejdspartner indenfor organisationens strategi og omverdenens behov
- Bidrage til at udvikle en bæredygtig organisationsmodel
- Varetage personaleledelse af fagmedarbejdere
Kvalifikationer
- Er nysgerrig og anerkendende i sin ledelsesstil
- Kan samarbejde både indad og udad
- Kan sætte retning og få andre med på vejen
- Er i stand til at lede både op ad og ned ad hierarkiet
- Har dokumenteret økonomiforståelse og kan være sparringspartner ved udvikling og kvalificering af fondsansøgninger
- Har ro og overblik til at lede medarbejdere i en hverdag med skarpe prioriteringer
