The Role

  • As a Sales Negotiator you will be working as part of a team to provide an exceptional customer experience to all our clients and customers.
  • Maintain contact with a database of potential buyers.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, providing constructive feedback to the sellers.
  • Encourage offers and negotiate between seller and buyer to reach an acceptable agreement.
  • Progress the sale through to exchange and completion.
  • Identify and prospect for further business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Well organised with attention to detail.
  • Driven to succeed.
  • Able to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with various demographics and age groups.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales negotiator position.
  • A full driving licence.
