You will...
- Work closely with our partners and senior professionals on the structuring of a broad range of financing products for private equity clients and corporates.
- Advise clients on the structuring and execution of financing transactions, in particular leveraged buyouts, refinancings and growth financings, with a focus on the technology sector.
- Take responsibility for individual phases of the debt advisory process, including due diligence analyses, and maintain direct contact with private equity professionals, C-level management teams and financing providers such as banks and debt funds.
- Prepare and structure pitch and marketing presentations, build integrated financial models, and support the identification of new business opportunities.
- Analyze the key value drivers for specific financing and capital markets products and prepare industry, sector and comparable company analyses.

- An excellent university degree with a focus on finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in debt/capital advisory or lending (bank or private debt investor).
- Outstanding analytical, conceptual and communication skills.
- Confident and proficient use of MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
