Our Client, a Globally Significant Investment Bank, are looking for a Business Oversight Compliance Officer to join their Macro team covering Rates, FX and Emerging Markets. The role will be working closely with the front office and broader compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compliance oversight and advice to the Macro business within the Bank, applying knowledge to a broad range of products.
- Implement and enhance risk frameworks including horizon scanning, updating policies and procedures.
- Identify potential conduct issues and develop strategies to mitigate risk.
- Lead on change and transformation projects.
Key Requirements:
- Strong track record of performance in a Business Oversight/Advisory Compliance role within a global investment bank.
- Thorough understanding of Rates and/or FX products (sovereign bonds, interest rates swaps and options, FX spot, FX swaps and forwards, FX options, structured solutions) and how the market operates, with relevant work experience.
