Structured Finance Legal Counsel (VP) Investment Bank London A leading global investment bank is looking for a commercially minded structured finance lawyer to join its Legal team as Vice President. You'll support complex financing transactions across EMEA, including structured lending, securitisations, risk transfer transactions, fund financing, asset-backed financing, and other bespoke structures. This is a business facing role, working closely with front office, credit, risk, and operations teams. What we're looking for: Qualified solicitor, 4-8 years' PQE, from an international bank or leading law firm Strong drafting and negotiation experience across structured finance documentation Excellent commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills Experience with securitisation frameworks, funding structures, regulatory capital transactions, receivables finance, subscription finance, or other asset-backed products is particularly attractive Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across the business Interested?
