Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day compliance advisory support to the business across a range of regulatory matters.
  • Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and support the ongoing enhancement of the compliance framework.
  • Manage BAU compliance activities including financial promotions reviews, AML, staff conflicts, FCA returns, and SMCR-related tasks.
  • Support regulatory change initiatives, including tracking developments and assisting with implementation.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training to employees across the business.

Key Requirements

  • Strong generalist compliance experience within asset management or broader investment management.
  • Good working knowledge of FCA regulations, including Mi FID II, AML, SMCR, MAR, CASS, and UCITS.
  • Able to start within 1 month
