A fast-growing, purpose-led digital bank is looking for a Senior Employment Lawyer to join its in-house legal team. This is a rare opportunity to take a lead employment law role within a well-regarded, FCA-regulated financial services business that has scaled rapidly.
The role: You'll advise across the full employee lifecycle: from hiring, reward and executive service agreements to grievances, disciplinaries and settlement agreements, while owning employment-related regulatory matters, including the Senior Managers.
