Job Description
Our Client, a Boutique Regulatory Consultancy, are looking for a talented Regulatory M&A Advisory Specialist to join their team in a brand new role.
The firm are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial consultant to establish and scale the dedicated Regulatory M&A advisory practice from the ground up, focusing on regulatory due diligence and transaction advisory across payments, fintech, and capital markets.
Build the practice: define the regulatory M&A advisory position - scope, methodology, delivery frameworks, and go-to-market positioning.
Business Development: originate opportunities through your network of law firms, PE houses, corporate finance advisors, and investor clients.
Lead and Deliver Engagements: act as the senior regulatory authority on transactions, providing technical judgement, challenge, and client-facing leadership.
Extensive experience in either a consultancy firm or a regulatory advisory firm, leading M&A regulatory engagements end-to-end.
Hands on experience leading regulatory due diligence and transaction advisory engagements in financial services.
An established network across law firms, PE/investor clients, or corporate finance advisors with the ability to originate opportunities.
This will be a permanent opportunity based in London offering hybrid working.
