This is a rare opportunity to take a lead employment law role within a well-regarded, FCA-regulated financial services business that has scaled rapidly.
You will advise across the full employee lifecycle: from hiring, reward and executive service agreements to grievances, disciplinaries and settlement agreements, while owning employment-related regulatory matters, including the Senior Managers & Certification Regime (SMCR) and the FCA's Code of Conduct.
You will also support international projects linked to the group's technology licensing business, working alongside external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
