Danos Group is a specialist search and consulting firm. We place Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime and Risk professionals with financial services clients across London, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore.
We’re growing our Legal business and are looking for a senior private practice recruiter to lead that side of the practice, reporting to the Managing Director of Legal.
This is a leadership role with real ownership. You’ll set the strategy for our private practice offering, win new law firm relationships and deepen existing ones, run senior and partner-level mandates, and build a team around you as the business grows. You’ll work alongside our in-house Legal team, who are all qualified lawyers, with the backing of Danos’s established financial services network.
What you’ll bring:
- A proven track record placing lawyers into private practice, ideally with a network of senior associates and partners
- Strong business development skills and an established client book
- Ambition to lead, hire and develop a team
