We’re working with an international corporate bank seeking a HR Assistant to join their London team on an initial 6-month contract. The role requires 5 days per week in the London office and pays £170 per day.
- Support the coordination and administration of learning and development programmes and the annual training plan.
- Compile, analyse, and reconcile HR data, using Excel to produce dashboards, reports, and management information.
- Provide administrative and coordination support across employee relations cases, maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Support wider HR activities including employee lifecycle processes, engagement, wellbeing, policies, and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records, manage competing priorities, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience. Able to work 5 days per week in a London office.
