Our client, a boutique consultancy, is expanding its team and looking for a Manager to lead on delivering compliance, audit and assurance work for an exciting portfolio of European Payments and E-Money clients. This is a high-growth and dynamic environment where you’ll work closely with industry specialists and have a real influence on client regulatory strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver compliance audits and assurance work for payments clients
- Support multiple regulatory projects across Financial Crime, Consumer Duty & Safeguarding
- Advise clients on their regulatory frameworks, policies, and strategic approach
- Translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical recommendations
- Keep on top of evolving payments regulation
- Lead on business development initiatives and networking with clients
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in audit, assurance, or compliance within payments/consultancy
- Ability to interpret and advise on complex regulation
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, detail-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Initiative, curiosity, and a desire to develop consultancy expertise
