Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end vendor lifecycle (onboarding, contract tracking, renewals, SLAs)
- Maintain TPRM and outsourcing registers
- Coordinate due diligence (financial, sanctions, reputational, ESG)
- Monitor vendor performance and remediation actions
- Support compliance with FCA/PRA outsourcing & Operational Resilience rules
- Assist with IBS mapping, BCP/DR review, and exit planning documentation
- Prepare MI and governance reporting for Risk / Outsourcing Committees
- Support regulatory reviews and audit requests
Required Experience
- Prior experience in PRA/FCA-regulated environment
- Working knowledge of TPRM and outsourcing frameworks
- Exposure to Operational Resilience requirements
- Strong documentation, coordination, and stakeholder skills
