Legal Counsel – Private Credit (Emerging Markets) London Competative Package Danos Group is exclusively retained by a fast-growing, global emerging markets investment manager to find a Legal Counsel for its in-house legal team.
This is a rare opportunity to move in-house with a firm managing multi-billion dollar assets across private credit and structured debt strategies, with an international footprint spanning the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
Reporting to the General Counsel, you'll join a tight-knit, non-hierarchical legal team working directly alongside the Investments function on term sheets, transaction documents and financing structures for emerging markets private credit deals, including sovereign and institutional counterparties.
