We’re working with an international corporate bank seeking a HR Assistant to join their London team on an initial 6-month contract. The role requires 5 days per week in the London office and pays £170 per day . Key Responsibilities: Support the coordination and administration of learning and development programmes and the annual training plan. Compile, analyse, and reconcile HR data, using Excel to produce dashboards, reports, and management information. Provide administrative and coordination support across employee relations cases, maintaining accurate and confidential records. Support wider HR activities including employee lifecycle processes, engagement, wellbeing, policies, and audit requirements. Maintain accurate HR records, manage competing priorities, and work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers. Key Requirements: Minimum 3 years’ relevant HR experience Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information.
