Job Description
Working with a leading European private bank that is looking for a Head of Onboarding to support its London team. If you have experience in client lifecycle management within the private banking space, this could be the role for you. This will initially be a 3-month contract, based 5 days a week in the London office, paying circa £550 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding team, overseeing the day-to-day management of the client lifecycle
- Ensure accurate and timely onboarding, managing the flow of new accounts
- Act as owner of key manuals and systems, support audits and compliance reviews, and ensure adherence to FCA principles
- Provide subject matter expertise, advisory support, and input into change initiatives while driving process and data improvements
