Danos are exclusively representing a leading professional services firm who are looking for a Director to help build and lead their new UK Regulatory Consulting practice.
This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the Partner to grow a high-impact offering from the ground up. You’ll lead client delivery, drive business development, and shape team strategy – with access to a diverse client base across asset management, wealth management, investment banking, insurance, fintech, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex regulatory consulting projects for FCA and PRA regulated clients
- Deliver engagements across regulatory due diligence, authorisations, regulatory change, governance reviews, regulatory health checks and assurance, and more
- Manage and grow a high-performing consulting team
- Drive business development and thought leadership
- Building and representing the brand in the market
- Ensure quality, profitability, and client satisfaction across all engagements
You’ll Bring
- Significant experience in regulatory consultancy – they are looking for an experienced Director
- Deep knowledge of FCA/PRA regulation and the financial services landscape
- Demonstrable experience of generating considerable revenue, with a strong book of clients and industry contacts
