Currently recruiting on behalf of an International Bank focused on Retail Lending, who are looking for a Deputy Head of Compliance to support their CCO. You will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of a team of 3, and will take the lead on all regulatory compliance issues within the bank.

You should have a background in retail lending, ideally with some experience of Real Estate, and have in depth knowledge of relevant regulation including Consumer Duty and BCOBS.

Key Experience:
  • Previous experience at Manager Grade or above within the compliance division of a retail bank
  • Good experience of retail banking products including real estate
  • Knowledge of UK regulatory frameworks including Consumer Duty and BCOBS
  • Experience of Data Protection regulation would be beneficial
  • Any experience of digital banking would be highly regarded
