Compliance Analyst

We are working with one of the top performing Global multi-strat hedge funds who are looking to hire a Compliance Analyst in London, operating in a small team.

The role is an excellent opportunity to join an impressive team in a blue chip environment where hands-on learning and a dynamic work place will be on offer to aid in your progression as a Compliance professional.

As a generalist, the position will expose you to the full suite of the compliance space including:

• Collaborating with the compliance staff on a global scale to support trading activities.
• Maintaining and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence.
• Working on long-term projects to maintain the firm's high standards of Compliance with new/existing regulations.

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and an impressive record of academic achievement, ideally in Economics/Political Science or Finance.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, with strong organizational and a keen eye for detail.

Previous experience in a compliance function within Asset Management or Investment Banking is not a pre-requisite however it would be beneficial.
