We are partnering with a leading, next-generation wealth management group to appoint a Group Deputy Company Secretary. Reporting to the Group General Counsel, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality corporate governance and company secretarial support across the Group.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing statutory compliance (Companies House, registers, filings)
- Supporting Board and Committee processes
- Ensuring adherence to UK governance standards and regulatory requirements
- Supporting governance within FCA-regulated entities
- Assisting with SMCR-related processes
- Contributing to strategic projects (including restructurings and policy development)
- Acting as Secretary to the Group’s charitable foundation
