Role Purpose
As a Nutricia Homeward Nurse, you’ll provide training and care for patients who are being tube-fed in their own homes. You’ll build strong relationships with carers & healthcare professionals, including dietitians, GPs, and local nurses.
Key Activities
- Deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and HCPs to support safe discharges from the hospital, as well as ongoing training for quality care at home.
- Complete regular patient reviews and be on hand to support with questions, issues and troubleshooting requests.
- Assist in preventing unnecessary hospital stays, including tube changes within the Community.
About You

Key Skills
- Ability to work independently, whilst effectively managing your diary.
- Clear understanding of the UK Healthcare Market, including the NHS.

- Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN or RNLD) with at least 12 months’ experience.
- Living in the area.
