Role Purpose
As a Nutricia Homeward Nurse, you’ll provide training and care for patients who are being tube-fed in their own homes.
You’ll build strong relationships with carers & healthcare professionals, including dietitians, GPs, and local nurses.
- This role involves working with Adult & Paediatric patients in various areas of Berkshire and Frimley. You will need to be living in or able to relocate to the area.
Key Activities
- To deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and HCPs to support safe discharges from the hospital, as well as ongoing training for quality care at home.
- Complete regular patient reviews and be on hand to support with questions, issues and troubleshooting requests.
- To assist in preventing unnecessary hospital stays, including tube changes within the Community.
About You
You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing patient & HCP relationships.

- Your ability to work independently, whilst effectively managing your diary.

To be considered for this role
- You’ll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN, RSCN or RNLD), with at least 12 months’ experience.
- Be living in the area.
- Full UK Driving License
- We'll provide a competitive salary, with a company car and fuel card. We'll also provide a lunch allowance when you're in the field.
