As a Nutricia Homeward Nurse, you’ll provide care for patients who are being tube‑fed in their own homes. You’ll build strong relationships with carers & healthcare professionals, including dietitians, GPs, and local nurses.
This is a full‑time, field‑based position supporting a mixture of Adult & Paediatric patients within Wiltshire and the surrounding area. To be considered for this role, you’ll need to be a Registered Nurse, (RGN, RSCN or RNLD), with at least 12 months’ experience and living within / close to the Wiltshire area of the account would be ideal. You’ll also need a full UK Driving License; we’ll provide a company car, fuel card and a lunch allowance when you’re in the field.
Role Focus:
- To develop and deliver comprehensive training to patients, carers, and HCPs to support safe discharges from the hospital, as well as ongoing training for quality care at home.
- Complete regular patient reviews and be on hand to support with questions, issues and troubleshooting requests.
- To assist in preventing unnecessary hospital stays, including tube changes within the Community.
