About The Job

Role Purpose
Deliver profitable growth and excellent execution within a group of key customers in Route to Market. Develop and nurture key contacts across their business as well as lead internal cross-functional teams to help create and deliver the company and account strategy.

Key Activities
Customer Profitability

  • Manage net sales, investments, and customer profitability across all Danone categories.
  • Achieve annual, quarterly, and monthly customer targets, driving profitable growth for both Danone and our customers.
  • Implement profitable growth strategies through yearly Joint Business Plans.

Retail Execution

  • Ensure flawless execution of activations throughout the year.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regional managers to execute Joint Business Plans in stores.
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor on-ground activities.
  • Coordinate with the Field team to brief tactical activations.

Promotional and Price Management

  • Manage promotional and pricing plans, ensuring internal alignment.
  • Review ROI and adjust plans as needed.

Customer Engagement

  • Lead the development and execution of customer-specific plans.
  • Achieve internal and external P&L targets.
  • Work with Category teams to identify and address distribution gaps.
  • Collaborate with supply chain to anticipate challenges and communicate effectively to ensure business continuity.

Team Development

  • Support junior team members through activity planning, explaining the \’why\’ behind projects, and coaching on daily challenges.
