Since 1968, our production facility in Minster, Ohio, has proudly manufactured fresh yogurt. Our mission is to bring health through food to as many people as possible. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working Safely with a high attention to detail and quality
- Manual tasks such as loading raw materials into the production equipment
- Technical tasks such as operating a computer system and troubleshooting process breakdowns
- Verifying target weights and meeting targets through the application of statistical process control
- Performing quality checks and accuracy of materials/products
- Consistently communicating with all departments involved in the production process (e.g., warehouse, distribution, processing, fruit room, scheduling, quality)
- Documenting inventory of consumed raw materials and supplies
- Cleaning and sanitation tasks (e.g., general housekeeping, disposal of waste material, scraps, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
The High Tech Operator base rate is now 28.34/hr, increasing to $29.83 after one year! Night shift employees receive an additional $1.00/hr shift premium. The ideal candidate will have:
- High School degree or GED (Required)
- Open schedule ability. This means you are able to work nights, weekends and holidays when scheduled. Our employees work a 3-2-2 schedule

- The ability to perform physical demands of a fast-paced environment
