Role Purpose
Lead and develop a team to increase Health Care Professional (HCP) advocacy and initiations across community & hospital clinical settings whilst supporting the execution of guidelines and pathways; delivering market share growth within the territory & region. Achieve business goals through effective team leadership, fostering a high-performance culture, and prioritising people development.
Key Activities
- Create a supportive environment for team members to reach their potential and achieve goals.
- Provide direction, feedback, and coaching to improve team competence through regular field coaching visits and reviews.
- Develop, implement, and track delivery against Regional Business plan, aligned to national strategic business, ensuring alignment with national priorities.
- Deliver execution of the guideline/pathway strategy through team and input into Enteral feeding tender responses with regional insights as required.
- Proactive insight generation and sharing to broader Adult category team to support delivery of Adult category strategy and inform performance reporting.
- Actively contribute as a leader within the Adult Category Leadership Team, working and engaging collaboratively cross functionally to drive business performance.
Please note, this role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
About You

- Previous experience of business analytics, business planning, and coaching capability.
- Preferred NHS experience in medical sales and business strategy across both primary and secondary care environments in the UK.
