Role Purpose
A key member of the Digital commerce, assisting to deliver profitable growth and excellent execution within the channel and Pureplayers customers. Partnering with key stakeholders internally to support and lead the operational management of customers.
Key Activities
- Analytics
- Analysis of Sales Out/IRI data to share with the team and recommend action plans based on insight.
- Monthly forecasting, adjusting accordingly based on data and feedback from the customer.
- Assisting the team with invoicing, ensuring this is done on time and in full each month.
- Ownership and delivery of internal performance and target tracking.
- Execution
- Regular reviews to ensure excellent execution of our plans and competitor analysis.
- Contribute to the building and execution of our format plans by customer.
- Promotional and Price Management
- Completion of promotional calendars and pricing forms monthly.
- Completion of invoice matching weekly.
- Assisting with the analysis of promotional activities.
- Customer Engagement
- Leading on direct customer specific projects (e.g., campaigns, category events).
- Supporting with customer brand planning thinking and execution.
- Supporting with any customer queries, for example, supply communications.
- Project Management
- Managing customer activations (e.g., innovation launches).
- Managing the preparation for customer Joint Business Plans, Range Reviews, and internal planning scope and impact.
- Supporting the Pureplayers eCommerce team in day‑to‑day operations.
- Managing the execution of promotions and activations.
- Building and sharing best practice across the broader eCommerce team.
- Actively supporting the team and working collaboratively across all functions.
