The Quality Analyst is responsible for the daily operation of the laboratory in relation to testing regimen.
Main Responsibilities & KPI’s:
- Maintaining KPI’s within the cell structure, i.e. Right first time (RFT) and On time in full (OTIF)
- Complete training and competency assessments for Routine analysis by established SOP’s (maintain at least 50% in competency training matrix)
- Contribute to continuous improvements projects within the team/laboratory
- Comply with Health and Safety Standards
- Implement all assigned corrective actions
- Perform all methods with regards to GMP and GLP observing SOP’s at all times
- Undertake training as required by Nutricia
- Responsibility for assigned equipment and methods
- Check data and work for errors to ensure accurate reporting
- Involvement in projects for lab process improvements
- Contribute to Out of Specification procedure (initiate) as required
- Ordering and receiving consumables
- Any reasonable request/instruction from supervisor/QC Manager
- Maintaining day to day laboratory standards and rotas
- Assisting in the introduction and validation of new methods and equipment
- SOP and documentation updates when required
Education & Professional Experiences Needed:
- English speaking
- Relevant academic qualifications/experience in Pharma or FMCG environment
- Capable of working on multiple priorities
- Able to contribute to the benefit of the team
- Adaptable enough to work in an environment that changes / challenges daily
- Ability to work in a pressurised, heavily targeted and measured environment

- Accustomed with physical processing of food ingredients, especially dry powder
