We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to join our high-performing team at Nutricia Liverpool. What You’ll Do

  • Work across both Manufacturing and Packing to ensure your line delivers on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment (SQCDME) KPIs using IWS tools and techniques.
  • Operate and maintain production equipment to the highest standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizens and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Danone Quality Food Standards.
  • Lead by example in safety, hygiene, and documentation practices.
  • Rotate across areas such as Dispensing, Collation, Blending, and Packing.

  • Right First Time production with minimal downtime.
  • High-quality output and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
  • Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong collaboration and communication within the team.

What You Bring

Essential

  • Experience in FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, 5S, and regulated environments (FDA/ISO).
  • Experience in high-care environments and change-controlled settings.

Preferred

  • Experience in dry powder environments and CIP processes.
  • Technical qualifications and MES system knowledge.
  • Experience using hoists.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to a culture of excellence and teamwork.
