We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Technician to join our high-performing team at Nutricia Liverpool. What You’ll Do
- Work across both Manufacturing and Packing to ensure your line delivers on Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Environment (SQCDME) KPIs using IWS tools and techniques.
- Operate and maintain production equipment to the highest standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through Kaizens and proactive problem-solving.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Danone Quality Food Standards.
- Lead by example in safety, hygiene, and documentation practices.
- Rotate across areas such as Dispensing, Collation, Blending, and Packing.
What Success Looks Like
- Right First Time production with minimal downtime.
- High-quality output and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Active contribution to continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring
Essential
- Experience in FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, 5S, and regulated environments (FDA/ISO).
- Experience in high-care environments and change-controlled settings.
Preferred
- Experience in dry powder environments and CIP processes.
- Technical qualifications and MES system knowledge.
- Experience using hoists.
