Danone TĂĽrkiyeis looking for a talented colleague for the\”Learning & DEI Manager\” position.

As a Learning & DEI Manager,you will be anindividual contributorin this role and reporting to theSeniorLearning and DEI Manager.

In this role you will;

  • Support to managing and executing Learning and Development programs and processes
  • Identify internal and external Learning & Development resources, design, plan and implement development programs in line with learning needs and business priorities of Danone Turkiye
  • Be a part of Danone Turkiye’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) team to create an inclusive agenda for all Danoners where they can be themselves at work
  • Search for new learning tools and approaches to help the organization develop a growth mindset
  • Curate digital learning paths and creatively promote them
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of Learning & Development initiatives, utilizing data-driven approaches to assess their impact and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain and develop strong stakeholder relationships with local partners (Other Talent & Culture Teams, HRBPs, Functional Leaders and managers), Global Teams and external partners.

About You

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
  • Minimum 4–5 years of total experience in Learning & Development roles
  • Experience in managing L&D programs and projects, with a proven track record in acting as an internal trainer and designing customized learning programs
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, and a great capacity for influence to build strong business partnership and stakeholder relationships
  • Curious and passionate for learning & improving company culture with taking necessary actions
  • Highly organized for planning, implementing, and reviewing initiatives
  • Solution-oriented and creative in designing impactful initiatives
  • Strong team player who is focused on contributing to the performance of the team
  • Fluent in English & Turkish
