We have a fantastic opportunity for a Packing Line Leader on a permanent basis to join us in our Liverpool plant. This role is responsible for the results and consistency in operational performance.
Key Goals and Tasks
Lead the daily Direction Setting Meeting.
Lead issue resolution to root cause.
Eliminate process losses through work / flow / system changes.
Standardise ways of working to ensure consistency of performance and operation across shifts.
Car Management – drive improvement in the Quality and resolution of cars
Functional & Leadership/Technical Skills
Spend 60 – 80% of his/her time on the floor
Qualify on all basic operating roles
Coaching Skills
Technical Capability
Direction Setting Skills
Analytical and problem solving skills
Fundamental skills in influencing and persuasion

About you
In this role you will be required to drive the zero loss culture around safety,quality, cost, delivery and manpower. Collaboration will be key with various stakeholders to develop and maintain standards and supporting the team as a servant leader whilst building the capability of frontline Danoners.
