In order to reach the strategic goals of the organization, this role manages a flawless process for innovation, renovation, and product-related operational projects end-to-end, by coordinating a cross-functional project team that includes Operations, Marketing, Finance, Quality, C&P, R&I, Global IRO & SC teams.
About You
- University degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Preferably 3-4 years of experience related to project management or R&I department.
- Excellent command of English.
- Expert level of MS Office.
- SAP knowledge is preferred.
- Result-focused, proactive, creative, and ambitious.
- Excellent operation management skills.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen.
- Willing to challenge & guide colleagues and come up with initiatives.
